There are a great many tuna pates, but I have only a few favorite recipes. For example, here is this spicy version with capers and chopped green onions. It doesn't even need any complicated serving - just spread on bread.
Ingredients
- Tuna (canned) – 1 bank
- Capers - 2 tsp.
- Horseradish (ready) – 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Green onion - 5 feathers
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Drain the liquid from the tuna and mash it with a fork.
Put the capers and horseradish in a blender and grind until smooth.
Mix this mass with tuna, add lemon juice and spices to taste.
Finely chop the green onion, and also mix it with the pate.
