Cut the prepared beef into small pieces, sprinkle with paprika, salt and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the beef and fry until golden brown.
Pour in hot water and simmer under the lid for 20 minutes.
Put the beef on a board and cut it even smaller.
Chop the pickles, dill and peeled hot pepper.
Mix tomato sauce with adjika, red pepper and garlic passed through a press.
Put the pita on the table and smear with the resulting sauce.
Occupying the central part of the pitta, lay out the potatoes, beef and cucumbers. If desired, add a little more hot sauce.
Wrap the pita from the sides and press lightly. Repeat the steps with the remaining pitas and stuffing.
