Ingredients
- Lavash - 100 g
- Minced meat - 350 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion. Mix it with minced meat and season.
Put the minced meat on the pita bread in a thin layer and roll up a long dense roll on the wide sides.
Cut it into small pucks.
Dip each piece into the beaten egg and fry in oil on all sides for a couple of minutes until browned.
