- Tartlets - 8 pieces
- Sprats - 8 pieces
- Quail eggs - 4 pieces
- Cucumbers - 1-2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 2 art.l.
- Lemon - 2 slices
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled quail eggs 4-5 minutes after boiling, peel and cut in half.
Add a little mayonnaise to the tartlets.
Lay out the sprats, eggs and thin slices of cucumber.
Garnish with a slice of lemon.
