You can wrap anything in pita bread. It becomes even more convenient if you already have a homogeneous filling, like pate, at hand. Such a roll will be doubly well soaked, and then it is easy to cut it neatly to the table and it will not fall apart.
Ingredients
- Lavash - 1 sheet
- Cream cheese - 100 g
- Chicken liver - 300 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Butter - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken liver for 20-30 minutes until tender.
Finely chop the onion and carrot, and fry until soft on a mixture of oils.
Beat the roast and liver with a blender, season the pate to taste.
Add cream cheese and mix.
Put the pate on a sheet of pita bread, roll up a tight roll and cut into portions.
