I love to cook pita bread rolls with a variety of fillings. Literally everything that is at hand is used. For example, it turns out very tasty with cod liver. It will appeal even to those for whom the liver is too fat in its pure form.
Ingredients
- Lavash - 1 sheet
- Cod liver - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
- Cheese - 70 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs and grate.
Grate the cheese too. Finely chop the greens and mash the cod liver with a fork.
Mix everything together and add mayonnaise.
Put the filling on a sheet of pita bread, roll up a tight roll and wrap it in a film.
Leave the roll in the refrigerator for an hour and then cut it.
