Ingredients
- Shrimp (royal) – 450 g
- Olive oil - 6 tbsp.l.
- Sea salt (ground) – 1 pinch
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Rosemary (dried ground) – 0.5 tsp.
- Thyme (dried ground) – 0.5 tsp.
- Ground pink pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Defrost the shrimp, rinse and peel off the shells. Remove the head, but you can leave the tail on request for convenience.
Make an incision on the back and take out the black vein - this is the esophagus.
Mix herbs, salt, spices and crushed garlic, add oil and mix again.
Put the shrimp in the marinade, gently roll on both sides and leave for 20 minutes.
Fry them on the grill or non-stick frying pan until bright in color for about 3-4 minutes per side.
