Ingredients
- Bread - 2 slices
- Champignons - 150 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Nutmeg - 1 pinch
- Ricotta - 80 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Toast the bread until crisp and put the ricotta on top.
Cut the champignons and fry over medium heat until the moisture evaporates.
Add crushed garlic and spices, stir and warm up for another minute.
Put the mushrooms on the sandwiches.
