Sometimes you want something simple - a minimum of ingredients, pure taste, no extra additives. This apricot compote is exactly like that! It is especially good in cold form with a couple of ice cubes. No lemonades can compare.
Ingredients
- Apricots - 700 g
- Sugar - 6 art.l.
- Lemon zest - 1 tbsp.l .
- Water - 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water with sugar and add the zest.
Add the sliced apricots and bring to a boil again.
Cook the compote for 10-12 minutes on low heat.
