In a deep bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: sifted flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
Pour in the warm kefir and mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set aside for 15 minutes.
Preheat a frying pan with oil, put 1 tablespoon of dough on one pancake. The dough will grow well, so leave enough space between the pancakes.
Fry until golden brown on both sides and spread on a paper napkin to remove excess fat. Repeat the steps until the dough runs out.
