Ingredients
- Plums (yellow) – 500 g
- Sugar - to taste
- Water (purified) – 3 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the plums in half and peel the seeds.
Boil water, add fruit and cook for 3 minutes.
Turn off the heat, cover and set aside for 5 minutes.
Add sugar, stir and insist under the lid for another 30 minutes.
