A few handfuls of a wide variety of berries – and now the delicious berry compote is almost ready. I am sharing with you one of my favorite recipes with not the most banal ingredients. But it's worth it!
Ingredients
- Red Currant - 250 g
- Black Currant - 250 g
- Gooseberry - 200 g
- Cranberries - 200 g
- Mountain Ash - 200 g
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water with sugar and boil until it dissolves.
Put all the washed berries into boiling water.
Bring to a boil again and boil the compote for 7-10 minutes.
