Ingredients
- Cranberries (frozen) – 500 g
- Sugar - 250 g
- Water (cleaned) – 3 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the frozen cranberries in a colander and rinse under running water.
Boil water, add cranberries and boil for 5 minutes.
Add sugar, stir and remove from heat after 1 minute.
Cover the compote with a lid and insist for 15 minutes. Strain and pour into prepared bottles.
