The range of vitamin smoothies is immense. They are prepared from your favorite berries, fruits, vegetables and herbs, trying different combinations. I really like smoothies with cranberries. For density, I add bananas. They are perfectly combined with berries in taste and aroma.
Ingredients
- Lingonberries - 400 g
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l .
- Water (coconut) – 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and slice the bananas.
Place cranberries and sliced bananas in the blender bowl.
Add honey, coconut water and grind until smooth.
Pour into prepared glasses and serve immediately.
