Such a pleasant sour compote of cranberries and currants tastes best in chilled form. You can even add a couple of ice cubes and mint leaves. It is not inferior to a berry cocktail in your favorite restaurant. Be sure to try it on occasion!
Ingredients
- Red Currant - 400 g
- Cranberries - 300 g
- Brown Sugar - 5-6 tbsp.l .
- Water - 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse all the berries, pour water and bring to a boil.
Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Boil the compote for about 7 minutes on low heat.
