Remove the seeds from the apricots.

Fill the halves with water so that it covers them by 1-2 cm.

Bring to a boil and boil the apricots for 5 minutes.

Grind them through a sieve.

Fill the cake with a small amount of water, boil again for 5 minutes and strain.

Mix both masses and add sugar and more water to the juice to taste.
