- Water - 2 l
- Sugar - 250 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
I use frozen berries to make mors. Take them out in advance and defrost them. Rinse and discard in a colander so that the excess water runs well.
Put the berries in a sieve and grind them with a mortar or fork. Set aside the juice.
Put water on, pour out the cake from the berries there. Add lemon slices and sugar. Bring to a boil.
As soon as the syrup boils, drain it through a sieve. Add cranberry juice to clean water. Mix well and pour into a decanter. Mors can be drunk both hot and cold.
