Ingredients
- Ground coffee - 1,5 tsp.
- Egg yolks - 1 piece
- Water - 200 ml
- Sugar - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the coffee into the turk and fill with cold water.
Bring to a boil over low heat and cook for 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and infuse the coffee for 1 minute.
Place the egg yolk in a cup.
Pour in the coffee, add sugar and mix well.
