Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 800 g
- Water - 1.5 l
- Sugar - 6 tbsp.l .
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water with sugar and boil for a minute.
Add the gooseberries, bring the compote to a boil again and turn down the heat.
Boil the drink for 10 minutes on low heat. A minute before the end, pour in the lemon juice.
