Store–bought juices are, of course, convenient and fast. Only here the benefits of them are doubtful. Most often, they contain a lot of sugar, and the fruits themselves lose useful substances during heat treatment. That's why I prefer to make the right juice from apricots on my own.
Ingredients
- Apricots - 1 kg
- Sugar - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the apricots.
Fill the halves with water so that it covers them slightly.
Boil everything together for 15 minutes and rub the mass through a sieve.
Add water and sugar to taste.
Boil the juice again.
