- Black Bread - 200 g

- Dry yeast - 8 g
- Horseradish Root - 30 g
- Water - 1.2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thinly slice the bread, pour boiling water and let it stand for 5-6 hours.
Squeeze out the mass, strain and add the grated horseradish and the rest of the ingredients.
Leave the blank for another 5 hours.
