- Apples - 800 g
- Strawberries - 300 g
- Mint (leaves) – 1-2 handfuls
- Sugar - 8 tbsp.l .
- Water - 2-2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apples into slices, fill with water and bring to a boil.
Add sugar and stir. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add strawberries and mint, and cook the compote for another 10 minutes on low heat.
