Scald lemons with boiling water and cut into slices.
Put the lemons in a jug and cover with sugar.
Gently crush everything with a wooden pusher and leave for 1 hour at room temperature.
Wash the mint, shake it off and remove the leaves.
Pour chilled mineral water into a jug, add ice, mint leaves and mix.
