I really like to complement the classic mojito with seasonal and improvised fruits or berries. That's how the idea of gooseberry mojito with lemon was born. And this is an unconditional summer favorite of my family. I share a detailed recipe!
Ingredients
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Brown Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Gooseberry - 12 year
- Ice - 2 handfuls
- Soda - 300 ml
- Mint - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Tear off the mint leaves and cut the lemon into circles.
Put in glasses, add gooseberries and sugar.
Mash everything slightly, add ice and pour the mojito with soda.
