It is difficult to come up with a lighter and dietary chicken salad for those who follow proper nutrition. Broccoli, peas and greens – that's the whole secret of success. If desired, season it with yogurt or any fragrant oil, but I like it that way.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Broccoli - 1 head
- Green peas - 100 g
- Peking cabbage - 120 g
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the chicken fillet with salt and pepper, and bake in foil for about half an hour at 180 degrees.
Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and boil for 3-5 minutes in boiling water until soft.
If the peas are frozen, pour boiling water over them for a minute.
Coarsely chop the Peking cabbage, chop the chicken fillet and mix the ingredients.
