Ingredients
- Berries - 1.5 glasses
- Water - 1 l
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Corn starch - 2 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the berries with water, add sugar and bring to a boil.
Boil the compote for 5 minutes and strain.
Bring it to a boil again.
Dilute the starch in water and pour into the compote, stirring.
Boil the jelly for another 2-3 minutes.
