Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the rice, boil it until tender and let it cool.
Add yeast, raisins and 20 g of sugar. Cover and leave for an hour.
Add the remaining sugar and warm water.
Mix, cover the workpiece with a film and leave it in the heat for 4-5 days.
Strain the kvass and bottle it.
