Step-by-step cooking recipe
Defrost sea buckthorn at room temperature.
Chop the berries in a blender, and then rub through a sieve.
Boil water, add sea buckthorn puree, sugar and boil for 5 minutes.
Mix starch with 150 ml of cold water and pour a thin stream into boiling compote, stirring continuously.
Boil everything together for 2-3 minutes, remove from heat and cool.
