Strips of chicken fillet in vegetable sauce literally melt in your mouth. With pasta or pasta from durum wheat, it turns out just a great combination. Dilute everyday life and the usual diet with Italian notes!
Ingredients
- Pasta - 200 g
- Chicken fillet - 350 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 40 ml
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Basil - 4-5 of leaves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into medium pieces and fry in vegetable oil.
Finely chop the onion, pepper and carrot. Send them to the chicken and continue to fry. At the end, add salt.
Peel the tomatoes, chop them finely and send them to the same place.
After 5 minutes, pour in the tomato paste, add sugar, crushed garlic and spices to taste.
If the mass turns out to be too thick, pour in a little water. Simmer all together for 5-7 minutes.
Boil the pasta until tender, put it on a plate, pour over the sauce and garnish with basil.
