- Yogurt - 100 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Semolina - 2-3 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop onion with chicken, garlic and herbs in a blender. Add egg, spices, yogurt and semolina.
Mix everything and leave for 10 minutes.
Form small cutlets and cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
