Ingredients
- Mussels (in shells) – 500 g
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the mussels thoroughly and pour boiling water for 3 minutes.
Drain the water, cool the mussels and open. Remove the empty sash.
Put the mussels on the grill, sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper.
Cook for 5 minutes. Then carefully transfer to a plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.
