- Sour cream (bold) – 150 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the champignons and put them in a bowl.
Add sour cream, ground pepper, salt and garlic passed through the press. Mix gently, cover with cling film and set aside for 30 minutes.
Put the mushrooms on the skewers and fry on the grill for 10 minutes.
