Out of hundreds of variations of berry compote, this is my favorite. Therefore, with a clear conscience, I call it the most delicious. Just take a look at this rich color! And for the rest, I suggest you prepare and evaluate it yourself.
Ingredients
- Black Currant - 400 g
- Red currant - 150 g
- Cherry (without pits) – 250 g
- Sugar - 7 tbsp.l .
- Water - 1.5-2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the whole berry, cover with sugar and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Mix gently, pour in water and bring to a boil.
Boil the compote for 10 minutes on low heat, stirring.
