- Cherry - 150 g
- Red currant - 150 g
- Gooseberry - 150 g
- Black Currant - 150 g
- Water - 2.5 l
- Sugar - 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse and sort through all the berries, cover with sugar and leave for 10 minutes.
Fill with hot water and put it on the stove.
Cook the compote for 7-10 minutes after boiling, stirring occasionally.
