Pour ground coffee into the turk.
Fill with cold water and bring to a boil.
Boil for 2 minutes and gently drain into a cup.
Add sugar to taste and mix.
Put the whipped cream on top. Ready-made Viennese coffee can be sprinkled with cocoa, grated chocolate or citrus zest.
