Ingredients
- Irga - 200 g
- Corn Starch - 4 art.l.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the Irga in a blender.
Boil water, add chopped irga and boil for 3 minutes.
Strain the compote through a sieve to get rid of solid particles.
Bring the resulting liquid to a boil again, add sugar.
Mix the starch with a little cold water.
Pour a thin stream of starch preparation into the boiling compote, stirring continuously. Boil everything together for 2 minutes and remove from heat.
