- Red currant - 300 g
- Black Currant - 300 g
- Orange - 1 piece
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Lime - 1 piece
- Grapefruit - 1 piece
- Sugar - 8-10 art.l.
- Water - 1.5-2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash all the berries, add sugar, pour water and bring to a boil.
Boil the compote for about 5 minutes on low heat.
Add the sliced citrus fruits and cook the compote for another 5 minutes.
Strain the drink so that the citrus peel does not give bitterness.
