With all the variety of smoothie recipes from vegetables, fruits and herbs, my favorite version of this drink remains berry. Today I want to share the recipe that I use most often myself. A wonderful summer option!
Ingredients
- Yogurt - 300 ml
- Honey - 1 art.l.
- Black Currant - 1 handful
- Blueberries - 1 handful
- Cherry (pitted) – 1 handful
- Raspberry - 1 handful
- Strawberries - 1 handful
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Go through all the berries, rinse, cut off the tails and dry.
Whisk the berry in a blender.
Add yogurt and honey, and whisk the smoothie again.
