Refreshing drink with a mild taste, wonderful aroma and light sourness. The only drawback of cherry plum compote can be considered its pale color. If you are not satisfied with this, add a handful of cherries or black currants.
Ingredients
- Cherry Plum - 500 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Water (cleaned) – 2,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the prepared cherry plum into boiling water.
Boil for 3 minutes, turn off the heat and leave under the lid for 5 minutes.
Add sugar, stir and insist for another 30 minutes.
Strain the finished cherry plum compote, pour it into the prepared container and put it in the refrigerator.
