Frozen blackcurrant juice is a combination of bright taste and vitamin saturation. Currant juice is considered a very useful drink, it is even advised to drink it for colds. Therefore, I advise you to try to cook it in the winter.

- Black Currant - 300 g
- Water - 1 l
- Sugar - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the ingredients for the preparation of the morse. Remove the currants from the freezer beforehand so that the berries have time to defrost. Prepare water and sugar. If you like sweet fruit drinks, then the amount of sugar can be increased.
Wash the currants, put the berries in a colander and let the excess water drain. You can also dry the berries with a paper towel.
Mix the berries with sugar in a saucepan and squeeze them a little so that they let the juice.
Pre-boil the water and pour it over the berries ground with sugar. Put it on the fire and bring it to a boil again. As soon as the berries have boiled, turn off the fire.
Strain the juice through a sieve to remove the cake. Drink hot or cold.
