Usually this salad is prepared for winter holidays, but I see no reason to refuse it at other times of the year. In the middle of the plate, you can put a beautiful decor or lay out fruits. Do not limit your imagination and you will get a real masterpiece!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the turkey into small pieces.

Rinse the prunes and pour hot water for 10 minutes.

Drain the water and dry the prunes with paper towels.

Put the salad mix on the edge of the plate, forming a wreath.

Drizzle with olive oil, lightly season with salt and pepper.

Spread the turkey pieces, nuts and prunes evenly.

Add a little more salt and ground pepper, pour soy sauce.

Additionally, you can decorate the salad with rosemary, cranberries or orange slices.
