I advise you to spread this salad in layers and with the help of a serving ring. On top – tender avocado, on the bottom – a mass of crab meat and other ingredients. It turns out not only delicious, but also very beautiful.
Ingredients
- Crab meat - 200 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Quail eggs - 4 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Olives - 1 handful
- Mayonnaise - 2 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the quail eggs 3-4 minutes after boiling.
Chop the eggs, olives and cherries as small as possible. Add the chopped crab meat.
Season the salad with mayonnaise and lay out the first layer.
Cut the avocado into cubes, sprinkle with juice and pepper.
Lay a layer of avocado on top. If desired, garnish the salad with olives.
