- Gooseberry - 150 g
- Blueberries - 150 g
- Cranberries - 150 g
- Strawberries - 150 g
- Raspberry - 150 g
- Blackberries - 150 g
- Black currant - 150 g
- Water - 2 l
- Sugar - 140 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the whole berry, cut off the tails and cover it with sugar for 5-7 minutes.
Fill the berry with water and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat.
Cook the compote for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
