If you don't like to spend too much time on preparations, catch this recipe for fruit compote. The secret is that apricots go into it entirely. There is no need to disassemble them and remove the bones. And if you roll up a lot of cans at once, this is a noticeable time saving.

Ingredients

  • Apricots - 2 kg
  • Water - 4 l
  • Sugar - 2 glasses
  • Citric acid - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Arrange the washed apricots in sterile jars.

Pour boiling water, leave for 10 minutes under the lids and drain this water into a saucepan.

Boil again and repeat the previous step.

Add sugar to the water and boil until it dissolves.

Add citric acid, pour over the apricots and roll up the jars.
