In this recipe I use as many different berries and fruits as possible, and I suggest you try the same. Firstly, it is convenient, because you need a little bit of everything. Secondly, it turns out a very interesting and multifaceted taste and aroma.
Ingredients
- Nectarine - 3 pieces
- Plums - 300 g
- Gooseberry - 300 g
- Black Currant - 200 g
- Blackberries - 300 g
- Cherries - 200 g
- Red currant - 200 g
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Water - 3 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly slice the fruit, pick the berries and cut off all the tails.
Pour all at once with water and bring to a boil.
Add sugar to taste and mix the compote.
Reduce the heat to low and cook the compote for 10-15 minutes.
