There are many recipes for pomegranate tea. I like to cook it from the grains of an exotic fruit. They can be kneaded by hand or crushed in a blender. Water quality is also important. I recommend cooking on purified or spring water.
Ingredients
- Garnet (grains) – 500 g
- Sugar - 250 g
- Water - 3 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Place the pomegranate seeds in a mortar and mash thoroughly.
Transfer the resulting mass into a heated teapot, add sugar and boiling water.
Wrap up with a thick towel and leave for 15 minutes.
