Ingredients
- Ground coffee (without slide) – 2 tsp.
- Water - 200 ml
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Sugar - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour coffee and salt into the turkey.
Fill with cold water and put on low heat.
As soon as the coffee boils, slide it to the side and collect the foam with a spoon.
After a couple of minutes, put the turkey back on the fire and repeat the procedure.
After the third time, gently drain the coffee into a warmed cup and add sugar to taste.
