Ingredients
- Apples - 700 g
- Brown Sugar - 5-6 art.l.
- Water - 1.5 l
- Cinnamon - 2 sticks
- Star anise - 2 asterisks
- Carnation - 4 buds
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water with sugar and spices, and boil for a couple of minutes.
Remove the middle of the apples, cut into cubes and send them to boiling syrup.
Cook the compote for 15 minutes on low heat.
