Mint is a great addition to absolutely any compotes, including apricot. In cold drinks, it gives refreshing notes, in hot – a unique aroma. Solid advantages with a minimum of cost and effort!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Disassemble the apricots into halves and remove the seeds.

Fill them with water and bring to a boil.

Add sugar and mint leaves, and boil the compote for 10-15 minutes on low heat, stirring.
