I love experimenting in the kitchen, and one of these experiments was once this feijoa jelly. It turned out to be at least very original, so I polished the recipe in practice and finally want to share it with you.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and randomly slice the apple and feijoa.
Tear off the mint leaves and whisk everything in a blender.
Boil water with sugar, add this mass and boil for 10 minutes.
Dilute the starch in a small amount of water.
Pour, stirring, into the jelly and boil for another 2-3 minutes.
